The leap of faith …

Alright, for the last 4 days I’ve looking through tons of hosts to compare different server specs and prices that I’m about to go blind. Seriously. I swear, it’s easier to buy a server myself and set it up at home. The only thing that stopped me from doing that is the fact that I don’t have fast enough connection yet (thanks a lots Verizon, you’re taking your sweet time bringing fiber optic to my neighborhood). I will definitely do it later on, probably as a backup server at first and if it’s good enough, we might switch over later on. Read the rest of this entry »

The calm before the storm

As you might have anticipated, there will be no new updates this week. If you have been living under the rock and don’t know what going on, then go back and read the previous posts. Two weeks notice …

Ok people, it’s do-or-die time … we need to make a decision quick. In less than 2 weeks we will either have to jump ship and get a real server or we are forced to shut down the site. If we are to stay open, and without downtime, we need to make a decision in about 10 days. If after 10 days, and not enough support have been received, we’ll either shut down the site or make it private so only a select few will have access to it.
